Goldson has always tried to deflect blame.
Any mistake he's ever made on the pitch has resulted in him turning and screaming at someone else and attempting to blame him.

Clement needs to drop Tav or at the very least take the captaincy off him and save himself as Rangers Manager

Clearly despite injuries the selection of off form players week after week has contributed to this situation and not utilising what is available to the point it changes the team set up but they go through the same fucking malaise week in week out it's beginning to look like the same shite as last year as their basics are so fucking poor it's bordering on sheer incompetence .
Players and Management need to take a long hard look at themselves.

He's been a great servant to the club but he doesn't have the pace anymore to play.
Fortunately, Sterling is ready to take over.
And none of this changing the team around to play him right midfield or whatever.

Who's the 24 year old right back we signed from Chelsea?
Who's young, fast and athletic and has a bit of fight about him.
He's hardly had a chance as RB because of undroppable, but has shown plenty of quality when played in midfield?

You don't have to be the best player to be captain. But captains like Steve Bruce, Tony Adams or Jordan Henderson were true leaders who brought success to their teams. Our very own Richard Gough and Terry Butcher were leaders by example.
Tav's way of leading is running half way down the park to take a throw-in.
We need a change.

Clement definitely helped bring a bit of belief and desire to the squad. 
But old habits die hard, and they often return when a bit of pressure or stress is applied. 
Far to many times we crumbled in January. This time it's the run in and we're losing to Motherwell and Ross County and not turning up for the first 45 minutes of the most important Old Firm game in years.
Tav and Goldson seem to be the common link on all those failures over the years.

4-0 game, 2-2 game, League Cup final and Scottish Semi. Then when the pressure is on who do they attack knowing fine well its their best chance of scoring...Tav.

I like Sterling, i think he's a quality player and he could potentially be an excellent defensive midfielder. 
But his position is RB. Unfortunately, he's not had much opportunity because it's Tav's position and  he plays every game even if his form is horrendous. 

Fuck sake man, that one's easy.
Sterling is now 24 years old. He's shown ability and commitment playing in midfield and done ok at LB considering he's on the wrong side.
He's quick, athletic and has a bit of fight about him. Right back is his preferred position. 
Potential he could be the next Bassey?
That's what's really pissing me off about Tav playing, we're actually holding back a player with a great future ahead of him by continuing to play him.
We need to give the full back jersey to Yilmaz and Sterling. Young, fast, athletic players with a bit of fight about them.
