I agree with Edmiston Drive, I've never rated Black as a player and I think people are blinded by the fact he's obviously one of us. He dropped down a few leagues when he could have found an SPL or possibly even Championship club to go to, which I respect, I'd have done the same if I was in his position but I haven't been impressed so far. I think he's a very limited footballer, hopefully he proves me wrong.

Great prospect, hopefully he gets some protection from the division 3 hatchet men. I think that the current batch of kids will really push on and be big players for us in the next few years as they're getting regular first team football. Its great experience for them.

Dear oh dear, and people say they're obsessed with us?

Even before all that's happened recently I've wanted us to have a B team rather than an under 19 team. Next season is far too early though, let's get back to the top first before we worry about a B team.

I think we have too many good wide players to play 3-5-2, an old fashioned 4-4-2 with the wingers and full backs getting in good balls to Jig and Sheils/Little.

Good post mate, but I'm happy to win ugly. We'd all like to see us playing great football, like we used to, but we're in a tough league where that won't always be possible. Its not like we're playing like Wimbledon used to, we have some quality players, world class by division 3 standards, and their quality will come through as the team gets settled and used to division 3 football.

I agree with the first post, although I'm still not completely convinced with the Greek guy. Jig is bullying defenders so the more balls we get into the box, the better. The defence is the only real worry for me, we're very sloppy at the back sometimes and some of the goals we've given away have been very soft. Hopefully once we have a more settled defence, the silly goals we're giving away will dry up.

I think everyone has had their doubts and rightly so but you have to remember how much his hands have been tied by off field problems, although he was a number 2 for a long time Ally is still learning as a manager. I think peoples expectations were that we would win every game and stroll through the leagues, it won't be that easy. Every time we play a team its like a cup final for them. Ally will get us back to where we belong.
