“I do not care that Rangers think they are 150 years old “
yes she does. She cares a great deal and that is really what this all boils down to . They wanted us dead and it never happened so they have spent the last 24 hours gnashing their teeth at a positive Rangers story about our long and successful history and came up with this pish

How many times do you go around trying to get posters banned? Or spend all day arguing. You are the biggest troll on here acting like a wee sweetie wife.
It is a public forum and people have a right to an opinion as other have a right to  disagree. That's how it works

Booing the national anthem was in support of a militant political group and in my eyes it represents the injuring and killing of innocent people, it is easily as bad as children booing a black man. Don't really  give a fuck if people don't agree. They both represent hatred. And we know the faction who did it and why it wasn't highlighted in the media.
I promised not to comment anymore but people continue to give me grief and therefore I respond and stand by what I said.

Consider the fact that this situation shadowed Edouard the entire time he was in Glasgow but it was never, ever mentioned by the media here.
Meanwhile, consider how Morelos has been vilified and portrayed.
One guy shoots an airgun on the streets of Toulouse and takes an innocent person’s hearing; the other actively changes lives for the better in his hometown in Colombia with his own money and own charity.

I would imagine a quick swatch at national insurance contributions made from 1966 onward showing that 4 convicted abusers  at cbc were on cfc's payroll will blow away any separate entity nonsense

This despicable organisation were complicit in the fenians changing certain SFA rules,to allow them to escape any sanctions by the governing bodies.
Only in scotland is using a legal tax loophole a bigger crime than raping children.
How the fuck could you look yourself in the mirror supporting a club like no other.

I don't get this either man
In our fucking deepest, darkest moments over the past few years I've celebrated the short joyful moments. I celebrated a draw at their dump when Clint Hill scored. I celebrated when we scored a last minute winner against Killie after we hadn't beaten them the previous 2 visits there

    Watched Reporting Scotland there.
One of the first, maybe even the first reports is about the vaccine passports.
They rock up at the piggery and interview the crowd going in and ask their thoughts.  Done
One of the last reports was about the racism aimed at Kamara (wasn't only Kamara btw).  Then finish it by saying it was a miserably evening as we got beat, then show the goal.
Why not end the first report by showing the total scudding they got at home?
    I know I know I'm paranoid!

My prediction, this will end up costing a lot of money and nothing worthwhile will come from it, I genuinely hope I am wrong.

Tom suggests a national enquiry into one club. This is utter nonsense. You wouldn't get a professional worth their salt to make the claim that "the ones who like the team with the blue shirts are more likely to be biggoted than the ones who like the team with the green shirts." This if, of course, because professionals (anthropologists, behavioural psychologists etc) generally don't come from a place of bias to begin with, like Tom does.
The only such enquiry that would have any solid founding in actual science would focus on a much larger group/sample size to begin with. Before you could establish that one club has a particular problem, you would need to study all clubs. If the enquiry did indeed do that, and it was independent, and it controlled for fanbase size, then they would soon realise that all clubs have these problems in very similar proportions. It only appears that Rangers have a bigger problem because the coverage in the media (the only data Tom and others have to go on) comes from a place of bias. Our indiscretions receive more coverage, more condemnation, and sells more papers due to the wider belief in Scottish society that we are the boogey men; a belief that has been cultivated by Independence supporters as it conveniently takes down their political and ideological opponents.
If they done the study in the manner I propose, then I'd be completely in favour of it. They would not like the results.

I'm struggling to see why I'd do that. Family bereavement etc, I'm not sure I'd dissappear off social media without a statement. More to this to come in my opinion.

Warning: Unionists can learn cancel culture too
People on the nationalist left have tended to dominate Twitter in the past. Rangers supporters are often portrayed on the site as right wing bigots. But it looks as if the unionist right is now beginning to learn the darks art of cancel culture.

Last week two contributors to a Rangers football podcast, Heart and Hand, resigned after the Daily Record revealed historic tweets of an offensive and sectarian nature. What happened next has become a kind of morality tale for the era of cancel culture.
Rangers fans trawled the Twitter accounts of journalists who are or have been employed by the Daily Record and discovered a litany of sexist, racist, homophobic, misogynistic and sectarian tweets apparently from bylined hacks. The kind of things some men say in the pub - or used to say. The insults are familiar to anyone of my generation. But seeing them in cold print is still shocking.
The Record admitted these posts, said it takes any claims of discrimination “very seriously” and launched a “full investigation”. Nothing has been heard since. There have been no resignations from journalists or from the editors who employed them.
But there was some collateral damage. The comedian Janey Godley, the public face for the Scottish Government’s coronavirus campaign, has been a prolific Twitter user over the years and many of her offensive tweets also came to light.
Godley’s posts mainly involved language derogatory of homosexuals and people with mental or physical disabilities. There was also extremely lurid sexual abuse. Ms Godley appears to have a fixation with burns injuries and Chernobyl victims. She confessed to a catalogue of “horridly offensive, hurtful and shocking” tweets and has apologised.
It might seem hard to believe that someone using this language could remain the face of a government health information film. But Ms Godley has been vigorously defended by influential friends on social media who say she should be forgiven for her excessive language because she is a woman who has been the victim herself of social media abuse.
Ms Godley’s defenders are often people who would be the most enthusiastic advocates of action against the Rangers figures who started this whole chain of events. Such is the hypocritical morality of Twitter. We make honest mistakes in the heat of the moment; you are evil bigots who should be prosecuted for hate crime.
