I am by no means saying 'step down', but he should almost certainly step back, get out of the limelight for a while, stop interfering in coaching and first team decisions, stop playing to the fans, stop winding up the media and wallowing in the publicity and stop the BS. If he can do that, I'm sure we can all get along fine. I know he had to do some PR initially to win the fans over. But that's it. Job done, just shut the fuck up for a while concentrate on building a great football club and a great football team and do what's needed to enable us to meet the challenges ahead. It would make a nice change if we didn't have to hear CG's views on various things for a few months at least I think. Then maybe he could just stick to the sort of stuff that normally concerns CEO's.

I apologise if that was a naive expectation. I'm not saying this can't work out. But I make no excuses for desiring honesty and straight dealing.

Not really, I know we have to limit this because it's a long and greasy pole and if CG gets wind that the game might be up as far as fans swallowing his BS goes, who knows what he might do? He does after all still hold many of the strings. So for now we still have to humour him it seems, and maybe put up with some of his excesses until we get a clearer picture of just who the fuck this guy is ... If he can take a back-seat and keep his hands off coaching and first team decisions (which he couldn't do at Sheffield) then I'll come back here and post a video of me publicly eating my hat. If enough people tell him to do this however, maybe he'll listen. That's the message as fans that I think we should send to Charles. Pipe down, take a back seat and quit with the bullshit. If he can do all that, things could still go swimmingly perhaps. People don't change so easily though. They have the tendency to make the same mistakes, over and over and over again. Yeah I just struggle with the argument a little. Somehow the low morals of Green trump the low morals of Whyte? And a lot of guys here claim to be OK with that? What kind of club have we become? We have to work with this guy. We don't seem to have a choice. But I hope if we can ever make it back to the top that we can ditch this oily git at the earliest possible opportunity, without him screwing us over for everything we have first. It would be nice to think he was on the level. But it's increasingly clear he didn't get where he is now by being on the level.

An example of bind faith perhaps? I think we should continue to work with Green. I don't think we have any choice. But you should never trust a shark and CG is probably the clearest and oiliest example of any shark I have ever seen. If you can take the measure of a man and know him for what he is, maybe you can spot trouble before it arrives. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer ...

Green is full of shit. At least more guys are waking up to this. I'm not saying we can't work with him, but we need to take him with a huge pinch of salt and maintain a healthy mistrust for his intentions ... His showmanship and love of the spotlight is his biggest giveaway ... Sociopathic types always imagine they are cleverer than everyone and can get away with pulling the wool over everyone's eyes. They almost always end up getting caught.
