As a side not on SSDs - For the regular user an SSD is easily the biggest noticeable upgrade someone can make to a PC or laptop.
I fitted 2 SSDs into both my kids cheap Lenovo laptops this week. £30 each delivered from Currys and the difference in their laptops is night and day.

The first part basically says the SSD is capable of faster speeds than the motherboard supports. In real world terms you won't notice and will be more tham happy with the responsiveness of the operating system. 
The second part says they are awaiting stock on that particular case which will delay the order. 
The third part you definitely want to choose to install the operating system on the SSD for its raw speed. Seems to be selected by default so don't change it.
