Has anyone watched Patterson of late, particularly against NI? He hasn't been great and his injury record is pretty poor. I wouldnt be in a hurry to spend to bring him back and I say that as someone who is a big supporter of his, always hoped he'd go on to much bigger things.

That's a very nice finish under pressure. He probably still doesn't offer enough yet over a whole game which is why he'll drift in and out of the Hearts team.
