If managing a club the size of Rangers was as easy as some on here are spouting, then we would not have lost a game since 1872.
Other clubs will do everything to stop Rangers playing to their strengths; this appears to be getting ignored by some posters. Players will have off days; some will have to play with slight injuries (that they may not tell the manager about), being hacked throughout a game effects performance (a kick in the knee hurt just as much even if it is from a Plummer or a full time pro), injuries effects who you can play in the first team, people go off form: but these are mere excuses because Rangers have the second highest wage bill in Scotland then the players must perform 100%, 100% of the time, they are not humans but football robots.
The question I have is, how many of these posters have been involved in playing as a full time footballer at a club the size of Rangers and what medals do they have?
Once they have told me I can then yield to their vast experience and proven winning mentality. If they are just whinging bellends who like spouting, then they can always support someone else if they don’t like Rangers winning.

I thought that pars team aspired to seeing how many bones they could break. Would Madrid have to deal with that and would they produce good football while they were doing it.

Judging by comments in this thread and others we want;
To fill the team with youngsters and create a sort of 'golden generation' for our top flight return.
To have leaders on the park.
To win successive promotions.
To reduce the spending on the team.
To win every game.
To play attractive football whilst winning those games.
To win the Scottish cup.
I'm not sure Ally is the man to deliver all those things, but then again I'm not sure who would be.

You get your point across which is all we can really ask of you but its just not done with any style. I honestly don't think you'll get anywhere long term, if you go now we might get someone in who can really type neatly, and make concise, succinct posts with little or no grammatical errors.
Its tough turning up here week in, week out and just not being entertained like we should be. It doesn't matter that some of the other posters are obstinate and won't give an inch. Indeed they pack the board with substandard posts because if they were to open up in debate properly, they'd get their arses handed to them. Its true what they say, sometimes you can only argue with the what's in front of you and at a level that gets the job done. Still, when a better quality poster comes along, you get to open up and express yourself better, but I just don't think you're up to it. In fact I fear we'd all get embarrassed and we would rather you go now and we look for someone else. Preferably another loyal Rangers man, but with more style.
