As I say i play on a modded PES21 which starts of as a decent base gameplay wise. Then you add in all real life stadiums for all teams in the game so for example when away at Hearts your playing at Tynecastle, real kits, boots etc, added leagues, real life stadium atmospheres and tweaks to gameplay and you have a game that blows FIFA out the water. Also regular updates to the database means game is always up to date.

The gameplay of modded PES is far better than any FIFA, new one included. And given i play on 4k ultra then graphics isn’t really an issue. Not that I am bothered as it’s gameplay that’s the main thing and as I say FIFA doesn’t come close.

Not really bothered. I play with modded PES 21, that has Ibrox in it with complete with fan chants etc. Never get why people get so excited over EA Sports games, they have absolutely gutted them for micro transactions.

Colak offers nothing up front and doesn’t work at all in this system. Can’t open up a 3 man defence with a forward who is just standing there.

I want Gio to take a chance tomorrow and play Charlie McCann. I hope Gio has learned from the Roma game where a low block, pressing and restricting space limited Napoli to fewer chances than usual. And you have a defender to cover. Kent and Wright can deal with full backs. And you have Lundstrum and McCann press Lobotka and Zielenski and stop them playing, something else Roma did with success. Morelos can also drop back and help restrict the space in midfield as Ndombele will be spare. Basically the team needs to work hard, press restrict the space and try and hit them on break. Need the same energy of first leg before red card.

I got mocked back before the first game on how good Napoli were this season. Not that I could care much about being mocked I have thick skin. Think they have proven that though. Another good win for them tonight. In my personal opinion I don’t think Arfield and Davis should be anywhere near the starting 11. Need plenty of energy in midfield for the 90 minutes and players tracking runners all night and I don’t think either has it in them. Maybe go 5 3 2 as Roma were able to restrict the space Napoli had for long spells with it. If you go with the 4 at the back a midfielder is going to need to drop back and help double up on Kvara.

Hardly sucking their cock pointing out how good they have been this season or that the game won’t be comfortable. If it had been the other way this season and they weren’t great I would say it. Am just hoping we play like the 2nd leg of last season where we start fast and get in their face get a goal or 2 and put them under pressure and see how they respond.
