Renewals: Between a rock and a hard place
willygers4life replied to North Rd's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
You ain't bloody starving them though, it's the club that's being starved, do you want investment in the team, get this Into your head, Wallace and this board has had nothing to do with the ipo or st so far. In fact one person involved in a big part of that is someone that backs king and that is Malcolm Murray. Probably someone you wanted in at the Agm, unless cuts are made we be broke again cause we are taking less in than we are spending. So you go ahead starve the club you claim to love and be one of those that put the club towards admin. Oh and another st is being classed as a loan, so the board can't sign the property over as it's going against what you want. Brilliant plan that ain't it, or is it one thing else that you could use to beat the board with -
Renewals: Between a rock and a hard place

Well the one that is lying is you, cause this board ain't doubled millions, also this board said they have no intention of using the ibrox or auchenhowie for securing loans. Withholding st money so to secure the assets is in effect double standards cause they are wanting the board to do what in essence is against what they don't want them doing, this is all about king and what he wants not what is best for the club, take away the st money and you take away finance from the club that is required to survive, so the ones that will put the club into admin, which is what king is wanting, is the Uof -

That's the biggest problem of king backers , one set say the current investors will sanction an gem to vote on shares being issued to king, which in turn would stop them as you say asset strip. So I will put this to you, why haven't they done this already. The second set of king followers is you, that makes up lies to try and scaremonger without producing facts, and I will say again if they investors was going to asset strip why wait to do it -

And again anything to say the big bad hedge funds would agree to this, since they only here to strip the assets. Or at least that's what so called fans groups was trying to get everyone to believe. If king comes in gets majority shares then the hedge funds can't asset strip, so why would they agree to this -

I know about dilution, but current investors get first bite of the cherry with new share issue, if every one takes up there equal shareholding and say leaves 6million shares, and only 20 million brought in, will king still pump in his fabled claim of 30 million, for a small holding. He won't he will just sit back and say job done and invest only a few million -

I would say 30 million worth of shares would buy him the same amount of shares plus more that was originally sold at the ipo, and remember king said he would want 50 million invested in the next share issue, so let's just say there is £20m brought in from current and new investors outwith king, and say there is only a million of shares left does king then stump up his 30 million. Cause remember he said he was prepared to make up what ever the shortfall was in the 50 million did he not -
My favourite game was my first game I got to, Rangers versus caley thistle in 1996 as a early birthday present, played at tannadump. Scottish cup game, went down on the caley thistle supporters bus cause my uncles mate knew the folk running it and came home, got to carry gazzas top he wore in that game. Cause a caley thistle player got that bus back home as he stayed in Banff.

Do you know what has been looked at, also probably had a feeling he would be sidetracked by clowns so gave himself some time to cover that

Rangers goal of the season poll!
willygers4life replied to LegendofCoop's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
McLeod overhead kick, was a peach in my eyes -
So the st is to pay bills but yet we have a section of fans wanting to withhold the st money, which would then mean the club can't pay the bills putting the club towards admin. So that's the reason for the Uof and st blackmail trust
