I know about dilution, but current investors get first bite of the cherry with new share issue, if every one takes up there equal shareholding and say leaves 6million shares, and only 20 million brought in, will king still pump in his fabled claim of 30 million, for a small holding. He won't he will just sit back and say job done and invest only a few million
