  1. Sorry...didn't answer the question! Big margins please....the 5-1 being my personal favourite (Drinkell header, Andrews fresh air grab, Walters cracker to make it 5 with 30 mins to go if memory serves...
  2. The midweek match at Ibrox when half our team (?) were ill or injured....Albertz cracker, they equalised, and Eric Bo Andersen (!) scored an absolute peach into the Copeland in the 2nd half when we were on the ropes. They thought Cadete had equalised late on, but the linesman ruled his barnet offside...place was rocking!
  3. Saw my first old firm game from the old Copeland terracing...Gers 3-1. John Greig scored our 2nd while the entire Celtic team were surrounding the ref for a penalty claim...gave the goal from fifty yards away! Place went bonkers...
  4. Rangers vs Aberdeen 1987 league cup final...the 2 finest Rangers goals I have ever seen...Cooper and Durrant.Leighton - "I got a hand to that one Davie". cooper - "aye...on the way back out the net"
  5. +1 Goram...his saves from Van Greetinface and Voeller Vs Marsailles are unforgettable.
  6. Good post Frankie...the most galling part for me however is Green does not have to sell his shares...he can sit tight for X years while others do the spadework on the share price. Which makes it all the more surprising to me that Green showed up last week at all...
  7. Forgive my low post count bawsburst, but I have been dipping in and out of this thread over the last few days. I was going to ask you about your views on Green, and especially why you support him so vehemently, but this post kind of makes my request redundant. Demanding an end to the destabilising effects of millionaires putting in their two cents worth (in more ways than one) is what we all want, but McColl is right in as far as he doesn't have to pay Green or anyone else to remove his power bloc...merely call an egm (IF he has the backing of the significant majority). The imminent arrival of the accounts will answer some questions, but by no means all. The Board 'turbulence' will not cease until a properly functioning team is in place delivering on share value...with this in mind, I take your point of 'be careful what you wish for'. Like D'art in his recent pieces, I am very much still on the fence, but I confess Green's press releases on behalf of a listed company and conversely PM's continued maneuverings make me equally uneasy. I guess we won't have to wait too long to see how this plays out, for better or worse...
  8. Sorry guys...perhaps should have introduced myself first! Point taken...
  9. We will have to wait on the early release accounts for that one, but unless there is a disclosure note explaining the 'split' of remaining monies, perhaps not even then. I am assuming for now that the 10m figure is historic i.e. based on a set of accounts (someone mentioned June?)...which would be good(ish) news after the one off start up costs, investigations, asset acquisitions, etc...
  10. The assets of RFC were acquired by C Green for 5.5 million for Rangers International football club. There is no other way they could be on the balance sheet. they are in no individual's name...they are owned by the club. hopefully, that clears it up for you...
