I thought the initial application for admin was from whyte and HMRC only acted after that. Was the EBT claim mentioned in the original Administration application? Obviously it was included by HMRC when all the Creditors were listed. I stand corrected.

I think it was the small tax case and PAYE non payments which forced administration, not the EBTs.
