I am amazed that we scored from outside the box where it was not a direct free kick. Perhaps we should try this shooting malarky a wee bit more often.

The drastic plastic, pishy weather, our current lacklustre form and another parked bus point to another potentially tight affair, I will just be happy to get through with whatever it takes.

Looks as though we could play to midnight here and not score.

A couple of times Alfie has been out wide right now. Strange.

Will be interesting to see if the Muttonites continue their recent iffy form or somehow manage to raise their game for a visit to Ibrox. Given that we have not exactly been setting the heather on fire in recent games I am predicting a tight, nervous afternoon for all of a Bluenose persuasion.

Although they have done it on countless occasions in the past, it still amazes me at just how good THEM are at hypocrisy. The fact that they can scream holy murder about an opposition players actions for going on for a month now after the incident, but then completely about face without a hint of embarrassment when it is one of their players involved, is a truly astonishing skill.

Very poor performance, however I would suffer through another 17 or so of those if I could take the same scoreline.

Gotta have some chips with that and a few chicken balls, but better get them tonight. Just about every Chinese restaurant will be shut for the New Year over the weekend.

We are up at half time, despite playing against 11 behind the ball. Happy enough, as others have said, just get the win tonight.

I suppose that I am not the only one out there gorging on this schadenfreude feast. THEM really, really, really are not taking their defeat very well at all. It is almost as if they believe that some law has been passed that we are not allowed to beat THEM, especially on their own midden, and they simply cannot accept that it happened. They are reacting like the typical arrogant bully who has had his own way for way too long, who has finally came up against someone prepared to stand their ground, they are confused and are lashing out blindly at those around them.
Here is hoping that we can go on and add to their confusion  in the coming weeks.
