We’ve took 6 points from celtic games since January 2022. Hearts have took 6 points off them this season   Hardly a mental suggestion to say they’ve a better chance of beating them.

He didn't give the 'foul' as it happened, he waited til Carter Vickers had committed the penalty then gave it as a get out clause to avoid awarding the penalty. There was no advantage being played, it wasn't an offside type call the officials were waiting to see how play developed before puting flag up etc. It wasn't a foul, wasn't given until he needed it to be a foul.
