RANGERS Football Club are today delighted to confirm the signing of Danilo Pereira Da Silva on a five-year deal from Feyenoord, subject to international clearance.
The striker becomes Michael Beale’s eighth signing of the summer transfer window as he joins the club ahead of the 2023/24 season. 
Starting his career in Brazil, Danilo made the move to Holland and has featured for Ajax, FC Twente and Feyenoord. 
The exciting forward has lifted the Eredivisie title twice, firstly with Ajax in 2021/22 and with Feyenoord last season. 
Speaking after signing for Rangers, he said: “I’m super happy. I can’t wait to start playing at Ibrox in front of the supporters. I am so in love already with the club and I’m excited to be part of the Rangers team. It’s time to get to work and I hope that I can repay the love that they have shown to me.”
Manager Michael Beale commented: “Danilo is a player that I have personally been aware of since his time at Ajax. He had a breakthrough year on loan at FC Twente and then back at Ajax before joining Feyenoord last summer. 
“He has won the Dutch title in both of the last two seasons and his goal per minute ratio is very good. He is an exciting player who likes to create and score goals, he is one that I believe is a good fit for our squad and he will give us another big option in the attacking areas of the pitch.
“The discussions were ongoing for some time, so I am delighted that we finally have him at our club. Danilo really wanted this move and has a strong belief in the plan that we have for him and for the team moving forward - this was key in the negotiations as he really pushed to join Rangers. We wish him every success here at Rangers.”

Love seeing scum getting humped so I tracked down footage of the game. Clearly no VAR in operation as 2 of the scum goals were well offside.
15 years on and they finally get their tour of Japan.

Beale just has to have the starting XI against Killie out from the start in Germany. Mo more messing about. That was a very hard watch.
 

Beale had done his homework and went to to the board with a list of signings that he wanted. Board backed him and said here's your money.
He now has most of them and the personal touch cannot be underestimated. My view is that he has spent well but that can only be vindicated on the park.

Unlike Killie Hearts can and will sell the tickets. Just looking after their own fans first which is something that cannot be complained about.

No such thing as an easy draw.
But whether our opponents are Swiss or Belgian they have to be put to the sword. Early in the season I know but if we don't come through this tie then we don't deserve to be in the CL.
