St Andrews on Prestwick Road is a good bears pub.

I remember a game in either 2004 or 2005 at Ibrox and the linesman gave a Rangers player offside at a throw in, the ref had to go over and tell the linesman that you cant be offside from a throw in. Wonderful standard of officials.

I think this park would be long gone, with all the Lace factories and industrial buildings in Newmilns being built this park would have been a prime location to build on, not to mention the housing developments at Gilfoot, that swallowed up a lot of ground in Newmilns.
