Ok guys your chances of a ticket are zero. My online actual time waiting is 24 mins and estimated time left is stuck at 1 hr 30 mins. Opened new browser and is 1 hour 30 mins had a call there queue has been cut and people have been turned away being told no chance of a ticket

More shambles. Tried the Phoneline 10p per minute goes thru all the tosh then for tickets press 2. U press 2 and goes dead I was 28 mins in online queue now 1 hour 18 mins. Give in will go down to ticket office sometime today when no queue if I fet one fine if not not worried ain't wasting a day
