  1. The problem with tax avoidance schemes is the Tories chums will be baw deep in them so really not much chance of the Government actually sorting the problem as it will hit their donations. And if they do I can imagine a new loophole will become available. It hypocritical to say the least.
  2. I'm guessing they hold onto him until after Sunday and then depending on the result either keep or sell. Genuine question - If he plays in the game on Sunday for Hibs, does he become cup tied and unavailable to us if he signs after?
  3. What's the rules on allowing ST holders into the home games for free? We know Hibs asked for it last year and where allowed, but the play-off was created after ST went on sale, so Hibs probably had a point. We however are giving it whataboutery and using Hibs as a precedent. I'm afraid the rules are the rules and if we need to pay for entry then we need to do it, or at lest the club takes note of all ST holders present and pays for them accordingly. As for them withholding TV money, they are making sure that they get the money owed and I imagine if they get more in TV money than what the crowd turn out suggests they would repay any extra cash back to us. The SPFL are a corrupt organisation that is run for the benefit of themselves, but at present it's their ball and not a lot we can do about it. We can boycott all we like but at the end of the day, it's theirs and can probably chuck us if they see fit.
  4. A fantastic gesture. Did Hibs have to pay the SPFL any money for the ST holders they let in? Regardless this will guarantee a big turn out to help the team to victory.
  5. Earlier on in this thread it was mentioned about the law. TBB is in the eyes of the law illegal. If you sing it and get caught and lifted you could face jail time. That is your choice and you have to live with the fact you are criminalised for siniging a song. It's madness but it is the law and until that law is changed then you do the crime you risk doing the time. Whether you agree with it or not. The club can be puinished for us singing it, the argument about the club never being pulled up for it is hollow as it can be done. If 40000 sing it at a game you can be singled out and lifted, don't think because it doesn't happen that it can't. 4 months in the pokey might seem a bit extreme but I personally don't fancy that. And as someone else said try telling the judge you were joining in because some other bad men were singing it and see how that is accepted. An analagy could be the smoking ban. Everyone used to smoke indoors and in public places. Now the modern attitiude to it is illegal (as well as dangerous to health etc..) You now never see anyone smoking indoors in pubs. Singing our songs is soon going to be like smoking.
  6. I'd be weary even changing the words. They will say the sentiment behind the song is as offensive as actually singing the words.
  7. Is Chris Graham still involved with RST? It's fair enough to comment/condemn whatever but anything anti secterian etc is going to be hollow from RST while he is involved with them. And this is not a dig at Chris Graham it's just right now he's toxic and will be used to dismantle anything coming from the RST.
  8. Needs to lose some weight and he might get a wee bit sharper, he then might score a semi decent contract but on his latest form he's destined to be a journeyman in the lower leagues. Then again he might just find his mojo once he leaves us.
  9. I've logged onto twitter this morning and the guy organising this thing is all over the place. Calling for genocide of muslims is maybe a tad extreme. Another stick to beat us with
  10. It was maybe the context of Jock. as in "Can't fucking understand you Jock cunt" that did it.
  11. Actually said "Can't f****** understand you jock c***" Which was deemed racist.
  12. Hats off for getting organised. This was over Twitter last night with the phone number shown. I now fear that number will end up being abused by social media users.
