The old guard always had the skill level in them but were playing to Mc Coists instructions as has been proven in just 3 games.I expect Boyd to score a barrel load for Killie this season too. Being mentally fit and physically fit to always be on top of the opposition is something we needed.No more sitting back and holding onto 1 goal leads biting finger nails. Our Tavernier stands out as a class act as he can play on any part of the field and dosent look fazed. I wish Tav a great season and hope the Cluggers up here dont injure him. The coaching and tactics Rangers are using this season are showing how bad the team was coached before. Peterhead packed their defence and that was something Rangers couldnt cope with or got caught in a counter before. Lee Wallace looks more relaxed as the teams as fit as himself and others can keep up with him for a one two, Temps,Shiels,Law look more engaged with a free roam to terrorize teams and the old man Miller is just loving the role of poacher that he was always great at but was given far too much to do on his own with McCoist in charge.
