With 4 3 3 we are constantly over run in midfield and have a lone striker. Fuck knows where half the team disappears to. I can't wait until we have a manager that dares to play 2 strikers... that will rip defenses apart with slick play.

Few points we probably all think... 1) Fuck his parent club, we need guys on the pitch that can win the game 2) The pitch was churning up bad after 10 mins, first half, so maybe he should have been subbed then if that is the excuse MW is using 3) Did Bournemouth not realise they were sending a player to a country where pitches are waterlogged, frozen, churned, slip-hazards etc... from October to March? 4) No football manager should use the term 'parent club', it sounds too much like 'parent company' to me. And that is business talk. We need a football manager, not a business manager.

Okay... 1) Referee doesnt seem to look at our bench before brandishing the red card for McDonald, it was his instant decision. 2) Motherwell players surrounded the ref after the MOH challenge... and (as someone else pointed out in another thread, they done this before even checking to see if their teammate was okay)... so their own players must have influenced that refs decision too.
