    24hrs of meltdown

    I actually think the meltdown this week was a bit contained ??

    Normally, this is the process - 

    1. Game ends - Rangers get beat 

    2. Immediately comments on the match thread rip into a combination of the team, manager and/or ref

    3. Within an hour of match individual player threads start popping up ripping into his form, diet, marrying an earl etc

    4. The obligatory ref’s a cheat thread is also sprung within the hour

    5. The manager ‘wanks dugs’ thread follows soon after

    6. deep into the evening mindless alternative playing selection/formation thread begins

    7. Players who didn’t play get debated and how they were missed and could’ve been the saviour. This week it was AH ??

    8. Next morning is the obligatory every media outlet ‘is at it’ thread even though most of what they said about performances, team selection etc have already been commented on in here 

    9. Monday - and the first ‘recovery thread’ surfaces. It starts along the lines of “while we were shite on Saturday if Coulibaly is back .........

    10. Lead up to next fixture and our opponents are getting pumped with match betting threads predicting 5-0 or 6-0 to the teddies 

    can’t beat a week in RM after a defeat ???

    Semi at Murrayfield?

    It looks the only solution. One game at Hampden, one at Murrayfield.

    And why cant Hearts play at Murrayfield? It's as neutral to them as Hampden is to us and the dhims.

    In one way i would like to watch us at Murrayfield v Sheep but Hearts would easily fill half of Murrayfield against them making it a dodgy semi for they chunts. 

    And one other thing - why cant the dhims play on the Saturday? We were made to play a cup final 36 hrs after playing the sheep in 2008. If it was acceptable then it's acceptable now.

    Firstly, we can mount a challenge this season - no question.

    Can we win it? Of course, if we are challenging then you have a chance

    However, there is a long long way to go. Firstly, where we are at the mid season break. And secondly, much more crucially, who both we and them recruit in the transfer window. At that point we will have a greater idea where we are.

    All told so far though. We have made much greater progress than i dared dream 2 months ago.
