    Last minute goals and rub of the green with ref decisions have has as much to do with that as anything.There has been very very good progress. The squad is still coming together and frankly we have more potential to develop and improve than them. 

    Now is the time to put a run together - 

    Dundee(h), St Johnstone (h),Livingston (a), Hearts (h) and Hamilton (a) 

    We have to get 13pts min if we are to challenge. If we take 13-15pts from that lot it's game on 

    And dont forget a cup 1/4 final and some big european nights to come in amongst that! 

    I'm still very confident this can be a big season for us.

    Everyone has to be realistic. There's no rich Sheik bank rolling us. Gerrard correctly prioritised the defence and there is no doubting thats improved ten fold. The next stage is to do the same middle to front. That will come. Ive no doubt about that. 

    Personally, i was encouraged by the reaction after the goal. We came out our shell, but most notably they stepped off and that tells me they have newly found respect for us. It's about 15-16 weeks before they come to Ibrox. The challenge for us is to be no more than 3 pts behind them at that point -if not better. If we are then that signals we are improving and we can beat them! 

    Another positive today is that we matched physically both in strength and speed. It's belief that was lacking. I belive it will be there af the end of December. Bring it fuckin on!!!

    Of course some clubs may come calling but (and he will know this) he has to be ultra careful about the next move. He has to go to a club maybe down in their luck but has a MD with deep pockets etc 

    i reckin he will be here until the end of next season minimum , and depending on what opportunity arises he can then make the right stepping stone. 

    I really want him to be at Liverpool in 4-5 years from now and smashing it. The guy is a proper class act
