As I said before, choosing a manager is a calculated gamble and it is fraught with unknown quantities. Alex Ferguson recommended David Moyes as his successor, he failed badly and Man U have struggled to replace Fergie ever since. If a man of Sir Alex's experience and stature can get it wrong, what chance have any of the rest of us. It is in the lap of the Gods, we live in hope.

Aye but I’ve got things in my freezer that have been there longer than Beale has been at QPR.

Why does it matter?
Why not focus on how he is going to get us winning again?
Why is there this absolute need to try and put a downer on something which should be used as moral boosting for the club and squad by bringing in someone who is going to give the place a much needed lift.
We are a team currently seriously lacking in belief and need this brought back.
Starting off the new managers tenure by wanting his appointment to be argumentative and to basically call him a snake and try to generate a feeling of worry and resentment is hardly going to fucking help us.
Just fucking let it go and judge him by how he does as our manager.

And how do you know they haven't carried out a thorough search? Genuine question?
I reckon they have spoke to all of these names we keep hearing about, apart from maybe Dyche as he's always been a stretch imo, and they haven't liked what they've heard.
Not that I'm saying our board are footballing pinnacles of knowledge either tbf.

I don't think Beale would come back and try all the same stuff as before, stuff that didn't work. I'd expect him to have some fresh ideas. I get why he doesn't abeale to some though.

I just can't help but feel that an "uninspiring" (Beale) appointment may just be what we need.
We've all seen where basically unanimous choices amongst the the support (Gio) can go.
And fuck all these hipster bullshit foreign names that no cunt has an actual real clue about.
For me, I'm fairly happy that it looks like it's Michael Beale just now.
We'll certainly be put back on a better track a bit quicker than a jonny fuckin foreigner would have us.

Shouldn't even consider Beale, much better to appoint someone who doesn't know Scottish fitba, doesn't have any affection for the club, doesn't really want the job and doesn't have any potential to grow...
