Absolutely. I’ve never been a fan of Tav. His goals and stats made up for all his shortcomings. Dreadful at defending. Head goes down and body language speaks louder than any words. This is our captain ffs. His ego is the main pitfall. Wants to take every shy, free kick whatever. Slows the game down to jog 20 yards to take a shy. Doesn’t lead. 
Yes his stats are good, but for every goal/assist he gets, he’s culpable for goals conceded. Get him, Goldson, Barasic and Lundstram out. They are the common denominators, losers and are all responsible for the way the rest of the team performs. 

Sadly whoever takes the job doesn't stand a chance whilst our 'leadership group' are still at the club. Drop any of them and there'll be a players mutiny, keep them in the team and and the terrible performances will continue. This same group have now capitulated under Gerrard outwith one freak season, dialled it in under GVB then when they got their way with their mate Beale back in charge have somehow managed to get worse. There's a toxic element in our dressing room and it needs culled.

Dessers and lammers etc had terrible stats when we looked them up, but we thought he must know what he’s doing and those are the types of players to fit the system he wanted to play. We haven’t seen any system or style of play from the team. He doesn’t know what his best 11 are. The players look like they don’t know what they are expected to be doing. Turns out the stats don’t lie and they are just shit.

Ten weeks later Kent has almost made me change opinion on him where I'm now swaying towards hoping he stays....as for Alfie, if continues to perform and keep up his scoring form then yes I will also be swaying towards him staying.....maybe I'm a glutton for punishment but nobody can deny that Wednesday was our most complete league performance this season....low and behold the above mentioned two are back playing at a decent level for us....like it or lump it when we play well then 9/10 both Kent & Alfie are playing well

If our manager can't see what they cunts game plan is then I give up. They always come out 100mph, more so this season. To counter that you either have to be solid at the back (which we aren't) or at least press them, not sit off. 
Their game always drops off in the 2nd half and has all season. We should have started more aggressively.

i know things can change very quickly in football but the one thing that's really pissing me off right now is the fact that he broke down during that interview after Walter Smith had passed away and we were all going 'oh, he really gets Rangers, its in his heart' etc further fuelled by all the 'i'm happy/were only just beginning/ this is a special club' pish.

Gonna be a very tough season and hard to keep up the standards of last season. Winning the league this season is where the champions league money awaits. 
Destroying their 10iar was important, now we've done it, we need to get auto qualification to the champions league to put a gap financially between us and them
