The old CID mantra of ABC is always worth remembering in such situations;..
    Assume nothing
    Believe no one
    Check everything
we can utilise A and B, we are however in no position to utilise C ūüĎć

Not a chance that is true.

It is very simple, when I see the facts I will decide my stance.

To be honest KK, if todays statement is our sum total we need to rethink, why we emphasise again an independent inquiry is beyond me, we either have something more damning than the hope of an "inquiry" or we don't.
Afraid to day at this moment it doesn't look great.

To widen the bizarre, it makes me at least wonder if hearts and dundee were reserve votes for the spfl, in the event they needed to be cast or not to carry the spfl/celtic proposal, neither clubs explanation for the non receipt of official vote holds water, maybe why the firewall went out. drowned with the votes in a torrent of escaping  water...

I would hazard hearts have been headed off at the pass, in no short measure due to our own lack of urgency in getting our "evidence" out there, we can't hide behind a whistleblower for ever.

Manipulation/coercion during a vote in a corporate environment is  a criminal offence. Coercion is also known as a duress crime, it is of course up to the Crown Office to decide if the evidence stands it up......a good reason why it should be in the public domain now, we have no friends in the CO.

The evidence needs to be presented to the police, who would investigate and report to the Crown Office, anything else is conjecture.

I have no dispute with that at all, my bewilderment is that the spfl/leagues own rules clearly state that if you don't vote you are not deemed to have agreed with the resolution, no mention of abstainment or non cast votes being void and not countable.
So why wasn't dundee's non  vote not  counted with PT and ICT as a no vote, I suspect they may fudge to the twenty eight day nonsense, even though they pre-empted and announced the vote, an action unknown in corporate history of present and not so present times.

I’m behind the club but their not doing enough to nail these cunts down. How long will we wait to see the evidence? Meantime these corrupt cunts will whitewash it all.

We are the only ones to put our heads above the parapet, doesn’t engender much faith in our "allies" near 48 hrs after the event.

I suppose it's frustrating as we all want the quick kill so too speak  . That is not going to happen here though .
I honestly don't think we should worry though . They have no where to go without making it much worse
I think Uefa are going to rule Null and Void on all leagues next week . I'm confident about that too

Hope so.  Have a sneaky suspicion that they will all get what they want, and somehow we will be made out to be the bad bastards in all this.

Therein lies the rub, the statement from the club makes no accusation of criminality, more of widespread incompetence. The statement is not as strong as suggested, releasing damning evidence can rectify that.

If criminality is known, again any inquiry would be after and secondary to criminal investigation/proceedings, if any.

‚ÄėIf‚Äė we have proof of criminality (bribery) an independent inquiry is and would be secondary to a criminal investigation/trial.
Get it out what we have, we can then see if we are pushed back onto the back foot, or indeed have a very strong presentable case in our favour.....so which one will it be ?

Dundees vote/decision is now irrelevant to ongoing very serious matters/allegations, although their undoubted treachery is a very major factor.

The narrative is ebbing away from us every minute we remain silent, as of yet our "allies and joint statements" have not materialised, if we are on our own.....If we have a hand grenade pull the pin now.
