I've sent the i5 back, it was unopened so wasn't a problem. The fractal cooler comes with Ryzen fittings so thats not an issue. In terms of a GPU I was looking at the RX580 8gb which is coming in about the £350 mark but since I've sent back the CPU I'm now back at square one regarding a mobo and cpu combo. I fancy giving Ryzen a go due to the reviews its getting, are there any mobos that you lot would recommend? As stated previously I'm going for a single monitor setup, 1080p maybe 1440p I've got about £350/£400 for both CPU and mobo and don't want to be rebuilding again for at least 3 years. I plan on slight overclocking, nothing that is going to be breaking new groun on clock speeds! edit: Meant to add it is the Ryzen 5 1600X CPU I'm now looking at.

I bought the i5 7600k from amazon the other day. I've bought the new fractal design celcius s24 to keep it cool so i'm hoping to get a constant 4.8 out of it. I'm still not sure about an GPU though. I'm going to leave that until the last piece for the build. I really like the look of miscreated and want to play COD WW2 also. I got BF1 for the PS4 and joined @M0NTY in a clan the other day which is a good laugh.

The intention is to buy all new as I'm not sure how much you can trust used pc parts, if at all but the IT geek in the work assured me he can source some good used processors and motherboards so was just looking at the option of maybe saving a few quid if it was going to just be a question on 1 or 2 FPS difference. I'm open to suggestions for the GPU. Think I'll be going 1080 / 1440 for the monitor rather than 4k.

Looking for a bit of techy advice regarding processors. I'm putting together a build primarily for gaming & some photoshop so I'm going to go with an i5 rather than i7 and put the difference to the GPU fund. Games played will be BF1, PUBG and the new COD when it comes out. If I'm going to go bawdeep and spend maybe £600 on a gfx card would there be much overall performance difference in using an i5 3570k vs an i5 6xxxk? I'm going to get an AOI watercooling kit ( probably corsair) and overclock it mildly but nothing major. I've been offered a used 3570k at a decent price but my not sure if I'd be better going with the 6th gen to make the most of the gfx?

I bought into the Hype of the PS4 Pro on the back of getting the PSVR. Don't notice a difference at all. Save your cash for lager and just get a normal PS4.
