Last paragraph I don't agree with but the first is spot on. It does come in waves. You don't even need to go back too far either. In the mid to late 00s the Scotland team was full of our players. I remember Celtic fans at work refusing to support the national team when McGregor and Ferguson got caught having a few after-hours beverages, who now try to claim sole rights in supporting the national team. For a period under Strachan the Scotland team did seem to become the Cetic team but looking back that is probably down to circumstances of the two teams rather than bias.
It will come back. Fuck the SFA and any Scottish club who are against us but I've read more than a few posts recently which suggest some of our supporters have given up on Scotland and even surrendered our national flag.
I have a lot more things to say but I've had a fair few beers for the game and I am going in to territory which is best left to when I'm sober.

I was actually up there, though I didn't look in the trophy room, after the new carpet had been laid. Have to say, in the flesh, the new carpet looks good in the corridor, it didn't look inferior to the tartan.
Whole heap of stuff is being done, place was starting to look really top notch. Was great to see and big  to all involved.

Good to see this being noted.  Anyone that I met on Saturday at the game or pre match in The Shed were all Bears!

Rangers has stepped in to help save the day for a community gala.
Milngavie Community Development Trust was in need of a pitch for Milngavie Week - but now Rangers has made The Hummel Training Centre available.
Milngavie Week runs from June 8 to 15. It includes a dog show, children’s treasure hunt, senior citizens bus trip, pond dipping and a silent disco. It is entirely organised by volunteers and local organisations.
A local resident had offered to run a football competition for young people, but the organisers couldn’t find a pitch. They asked Rangers if they could use their training pitch, which is in the East Dunbartonshire town. The club then offered the use of their facilities.
Now local youngsters from four different boys’ clubs will get a chance to play at the training ground, which cost £14million to build in 2001.
Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson said: “We are delighted to be able to help this local initiative. We’re proud to be part of the Milngavie community, and wish everyone all the very best with the event.”

I am involved in organising the first night which will hopefully be towards the end of July.  Personally I think its a great opportunity to showcase and support local talented musicians who are bluenoses.   If there a couple of new songs that are catchy and take off fantastic hopefully they can be popular and be heard in the stadium which will contribute to the match atmosphere.  The artists will be performing some of their own original material and covers along with most of the popular current songbook.  This event will not be strict and heavily policed, the old favs will always be there!  Its about trying something a little different.

A few weeks ago a close mate of mines @Mr Sopranouncle passed away suddenly and this left a young boy without a father.
Rangers have found out about this and have issued him with an invite to be their special guest on a tour of the stadium with no cost. Ryan Jack has also hand signed the letter and from.what I hear when these things have been done in the past the player will be there to meet the person they've invited.
So for that young boy that will be immense meeting one of our arguably best and most consistent performers who also scored a winner v them.
It's not much and won't take the boys pain away but what a gesture and when I was shown the letter then hand signed non generic print signature actually give it a pretty sincere feeling.
We get slaughtered for a lot of things but for me that was a pretty moving thing to do for a young boy who'll be feeling pretty lost just now.
    Well done The Rangers 🇬🇧

Not for you though ya freeloading cheapskate ye!
Instead, it's for the Bluenosed Residents of Erskine Bishopton Care Home.
Ibrox Stadium Tour for 12 now booked (21st May)
Followed by an Argyle Restaurant Lunch and a pint for 12.

    Total cost: £170
    How's that for a bargain?

I've lost count, but I think this will be the 9th Stadium Tour and Argyle Lunch we've provided for our Erskine Veterans, and we should all be very proud of that.
On another matter, I've just this evening delivered those 7 Rangers Home shirts to Erskine.  I'm sure we'll get some photos of them in action soon.
It's important to remember that while Erskine is very well supported in terms of bread and butter fundraising, none of those well-deserved funds are going to get spent on Argyle Lunches, Rangers Home Shirts, or Rangers Season tickets for that matter, so if you want to see your Erskine Veterans continuing to receive these Rangers-related Recreational treats, then there really is no other way, exept donating to the RangersMedia Erskine Fund.

Disappointed for big Eck as the guy is an absolute gentleman.  The writing was on the wall early door with the health rumours and unfortunately it's been a disaster with the Nation's League play off papering over the cracks.
If he is poorly I hope he can receive the care he needs and privacy.  Hopefully the club can offer any help they can too to assist.
