  1. Agree 100%. This needs as much exposure as possible, even more so when there is such a cover up going on that still exists to this day.
  2. He has a job to do and does it very well imo. It’s one of those jobs in football that rarely gets noticed, he doesn’t do anything flashy but the work he does is vital, his intelligence and reading of the game are brilliant. I feel sorry for him because he’s doing his job while the other two in our midfield generally are not, making the whole midfield look bad.
  3. Love him or hate him, Lewis is one hell of a driver and 5 time world champion is fully deserved. The records yes broken prove he’s one of the best ever, he could very realistically beat Schumachers 7 titles in the next few years!
  4. Spot on, he has his job and does it well. It’s not his fault the other two don’t do theirs properly and make the midfield look a shambles, he’s doing his bit.
  5. While agree with all the above, we only ever seem to have options out wide. Jack is clearly the holding midfielder but Coulibaly and Ejaria need to be getting in better positions and making runs through the middle when they don’t have the ball. They just seem to hover around the edge of the area or go out wide and we end up with the wings congested and no one in the middle.
  6. Does his job well. It’s the other twos job to drive forward, create opportunities and get in positions to score and they failed terribly today. Of all our problems today Jack certainly wasn’t one of them.
  7. He’s right about quality, but when he can see it’s not working he needs to make changes and adapt to the game. I’m also seeing the same problems week in week out, what are we doing in training? Why are we not working on our lack of movement around the box? Why are our wingers and wingbacks not working on their crosses? Dont get me wrong I’m delighted he’s showing the players that poor performances won’t be tolerated here but there’s plenty for him to work on aswell. We know he’s new to management and if we’re going to appoint a rookie manager then we have to give him time to learn, but fuck me it’s about time he starts showing he’s learning from his mistakes.
  8. The lack of movement is what drives me mad. Players standing around on the edge of the box or just casually jogging forward. It’s no wonder we can’t put in a decent final ball we have no one who can get themselves into dangerous positions to get it.
  9. I’ll gladly pay for this donkeys flight back to Rome, just get rid ASAP. No movement, no brain to get into the right positions, unable to control a ball and then to top it off he’s through to tap the ball in and the useless bastard bottles it and takes a dive when there’s no need. The only thing more infuriating than watching him is waiting for Gerrard to sub him off and it never fucking coming!
  10. You joke but it wouldn’t fucking surprise me in the slightest with their injury list!
  11. Any news on who was in it? Looks fucking terrible!
  12. Candeias Kent Middleton That would be my front three, although I got a feeling he’s going to play Grezda which I wouldn’t be against, despite his finishing Thursday I think starting a game would bring out what he can do better than sub appearances late on where he doesn’t really get much time to settle into the game.
  13. What really frustrates me is we can pass the ball well, and last night should have been there for the taking yet it seemed our final ball was so poor that the longer it went on the nerves started getting to the players and they just went to shit with the passing all over the pitch. As has been said the results we’ve had in Europe have shown we’ve come so far, but there is also a lot more to do. I’m sure the longer Gerrard is here the more we’ll improve, the players he’s already managed to bring in and the improvements in less than half a year give me confidence we’re going to keep getting better.
  14. I’m guessing he’s not going to be bothering with players like Pena, Doodoo etc, probably just looking at the youngsters development and players that might have a chance of first team football if it goes well like Docherty. Would have thought a scout could just do it and report back to Gerrard or the youths manager however.
  15. Thought the whole race was brilliant but that finish had me out my seat! Its easy to say f1 has got boring, and there’s times I would agree but then I see a race like today and it reminds me just how good it can be!
  16. Only in America ? This is brilliant, haven’t been able to watch many races this season but glued to this. Really hoping Lewis can do this!
  17. Great start to the USA gp! Kimi gets in front of Lewis at the start and now Vettel has contact with one of the red bulls and spins and drops back to 14th! Going to be a hell of a race now!
  18. Brilliant! Does he say ‘fuck the celtic’ at the end aswell? ?
  19. Is this all because of the drugs test? I thought that was all sorted and he was cleared?
  20. On the same topic does anyone know if they still run the stadium tours when the season ends? Probably going to be spending a week in Scotland next summer and would love to do it and that might be my only chance as I don’t think I’ll be able to get up to any games this season?
  21. I see the WBC have ordered the winner of Wilder v Fury to fight AJ! Going to get very interesting in the heavyweight division over the next 6 months or so and looks like we’re finally going to get an undisputed heavyweight world champion!
