Quite happy to stick with Bates and Martin. Alves has shown us nothing to suggest he deserves to come straight back in after injury.

I've had restricted view for Euro games and there's always another empty seat you can move to during the game.

I think that part of it is a getting older thing. Everything gets gradually less exciting the older you get, plus you usually have less free time to spend the whole weekend watching football games.

Agreed. Think if he had stayed with us he'd have ended up an outstanding player and captain for us. He'll be back in Scottish football within a few years in my opinion, just not with us.
