  1. I stand by my comments on his  performance against Malmo. He should not be in the first eleven  especially when Davis is playing. He inhibits Davis by occupying frequently the same space   and although there was some improvement over his earlier performance he is still far  too slow....the reason he picked up the second yellow.... and ponderous. He really needs to up his game and fitness.

  2. I hope Lundstram is not playing .Far too slow and ponderous not what we need in midfield which has to be far more uptempo and energetic.Lacks concentration and his positional sense leaves much to be desired.Kept getting in Davis' way in the last match.Genuinely worried if he plays tonight.

I hope also that Goldson is over his Skippy the kangaroo spell and reverts to the player we can  usually depend upon.

  3. Usual suspects crawling out of their hidey holes to have a go at the first sign of any fallibility  given  encouragement that the mhanks actually managed one convincing victory at home against a pish team.We get rumour and innuendo...'angry' Rangers  because we question rightly SPFL crass incompterence, and dare to charge for media access .We can only play well in empty stadia whilst others notably ra sellick need crowd buzz....absolute bollocks.Rumours of Covid related secrets, players not giving their all due to contract issues.Basically everything bar the kitchen sink being chucked at us to unsettle the team and fans.

Best way to put this nonsense and Chinese whispers to bed is to get that crucial result tonight against the Swedes.

Listening to BBC  Sportsound radio discussion on the Howe fiasco.Contemplating Howe's  varied reasons for turning  the tims down.Tom English throwing in a remark about   the George Square scenes and the fire incident at Lawwells house . The inference clearly  being the conflation of  both those incidents as  possibly being other factors influencing   Howe in any decision to move to Glasgow. The fire incident in Thorntonhall  was one of a number of fire raising incidents  recently, and no clear indication or evidence that it was football related.

Someone should have challenged him on his comment....Dodds on the panel.....but not a whimper

  6. What was Chesney on...embarrassingly awful.

McCoist annoyed me too with his  irritatingly constant 'what do you think Chris' comments  every couple of minutes during the game commentary.Support act to a total wanker.Like an annoying child seeking attention from his parent.

  7. Excerpt from Scottish Sun:

( Lennon's) second spell as celtic boss is expected to end imminently - with No2 John Kennedy put in interim charge.

celtic’s horror season went from bad to worse in Dingwall - leaving them 18 points behind Rangers.

Lennon is now set to depart the club he has served as player, coach and manager for the best part of two decades.

The 49-year-old has been under huge pressure for the last five months, with punters calling for him to be axed.

But celtic powerbrokers Dermot Desmond and Peter Lawwell stayed loyal to the club legend.

They wanted to at least give him until the end of the season - despite the ten-in-a-row bid crumbling.

But a parting of the ways is now imminent - two years on from Lennon’s return as boss in February 2019.

Very low  season ticket sales if he remained...

  8. Plenty of people are breaching lockdown in the social context with visits and interaction with friends and family. That is the reality.I am not condoning it just stating facts honestly .We do not have any real info on what allegedly happened ,who precisely was involved and in what context.

I find it ironic that players can hug and slobber  all over each other on a football pitch when a goal is scored but cannot in a relatively small group interact with each other socially.

I have a feeling this whole reported  'episode' has been blown up out of all proportion.

I am sure the club will deal with any infraction, minor or otherwise, correctly and  inhouse.

Despite agitation from those with an aghenda to make it all sound far more serious.

  9. New CEO with his rugby background  not in until end June 2020.Basically finance, marketing, retructuring and finance matters.

I do not think he would be involved in sourcing new players that I would imagine would be a Director of  Football .

They have major issues  ,their fall is spectacular....just as the erudite and intelligent Dave King predicted.

    Timplosion.

Lennon  may  be removed  to put him out of his misery.

Maybe Mongo will get an interim appointment.
