KYLE HUTTON will make his first top team start against Dunfermline as one of seven changes to Walter Smith's side from the weekend.

The Gers boss rings the changes with only Madjid Bougherra, Vladimir Weiss, Steven Davis and Nikica Jelavic retaining their places.

Davis will partner youngster Hutton in the heart of the midfield with Weiss and Steven Naismith filling the wide position.

Kyle Lafferty replaces Kenny Miller up front and will partner Jelavic as the pair seek their first Ibrox goals of the campaign.

Bougherra retains his place in the middle of the backline and will be partnered by Andy Webster, with captain Davie Weir rested.

Both full back positions change with Steven Whittaker, who is suspended, and Sasa Papac dropping out from the weekend win over Dundee Utd.

They are replaced by Andy Little at right back and Kirk Broadfoot who returns on the opposite flank.

As with last season Neil Alexander is awarded the starting jersey between the sticks for the Light Blues.

Team :: Alexander, Little, Bougherra, Webster, Broadfoot; Weiss, Davis, Hutton, Naismith; Lafferty, Jelavic.
