Mo Edu took a kick on the calf and Vladimir Weiss has had a problem with his heel and both will be doubts for the Champions League game on Tuesday - Walter Smith.

McGregor

Foster Bougherra Weir Papac Whittaker

Naismith Davis McCulloch Lafferty

Miller

I'd rather Foster plays instead of Broadfoot. Foster is quicker and he played very well against them at Ibrox.

Said this before, having Foster and Bougherra's pace at the back is vital.

Lafferty. :anguish:

Don't have many options. He's had some good games in recent weeks. Today, like the majority, he was poor. Still made some decent runs and was a handful at times.

Re Foster. I'd have him in ahead of Broadfoot, but Broadfoot is fit, so he will start.

A draw would be fantastic. Although I still believe we'd need to beat Man Utd or Bursa to ensure the Last 16.

Achievable, in my opinion. Utd are nothing special at the moment, especially against Bursaspor. The game against the Turks could go either way.

if edu is out, i believe foster will come in at rb, naismith at rm and whittaker at lm. walter always goes whittaker at lm before rm, he's got a fetish with playing left footers at rm and right footers at lm.

This would be the team I'd start with:

FOSTER ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- :papac:

:hutton: :mcculloch:

:davis: ------------------------- :Naismith:

After a poor result yesterday (Saturday) I could see us going over to Valencia, bouncing back, and beating Valencia.

Therefore, I will say; Valencia 1 - 2 Rangers.

Goal for Valencia; Aduriz.

Goals for Rangers; Miller and Whittaker.

Optimist loyal. :rangers:
