Also, It's all good and well giving 20p or a quid, whatever is in your pocket at the time, to a fellow with a tin in his hand and feeling charitable for half a day - in the grand scheme of things, that's bugger all, and I like to do a lot more than bugger all (I do realise that a lot of bugger alls put together = a substanstial amount however).Don't get me wrong, it's a great scheme, but personally I have the time and money to do a lot more. And unless I was known for being a bit of an ignorant cunt, I'd assume most people know I appretiate what the Royal Forces have done fore me over the last 96 years, no need to wear a poppy to prove I'm not a cunt. Not some of sort of politcal gesture that the tims make out.Even just donating a 20p into the box and taking a poppy makes a difference, although it might not seem like it.
