ralston 0 Posted November 19, 2010 Share Posted November 19, 2010 We don't have control over the immediate landbank - that is still owned mostly by GCC and some housing companies.However, outline planning permission is available for some of these areas (particularly the car park which we do own) and I doubt GCC would be too hard to deal with for other parts.As such, I can only assume this is Ellis' angle for a profit on his investment.The land around Ibrox is in reality dead land to us , under the G51 plan, it is, because of its logistical proximity to all major transport avenues, zoned for industrial development. Perhaps Ellis has found out about those proposals?The club also did secure planning permission for the ill-fated casino project of a few years back so I'd imagine that is still available if they decided to opt for a slight re-working of that idea. Why was We are the people banned?looking over the thread it seems Muff decided to check the IP address etc and it obv matched a list they have of banned people , at least Ghurka is gone also better get back on topic or the ban hammer may fall on us for diverting the thread......
