Boxing and MMA

Ingle made the right call , he's known and trained Brook since he was a kid and in no way would he look on him as a walking paycheque like some would . Sometimes a boxer needs protected from his own bravery and Kell looked done in by the 5th , and GGG is not the type to take pity and ease off so the punishment would've continued for as long as Brook stood in front of him . Fair play to Brook taking the fight and then trying to go toe to toe. Many others would've folded after that first round , so to come back and take the next round showed balls .

Brook was really in a no lose situation unless he took a sustained 12 round beating , thankfully Ingle prevented that from occurring and hopefully Brook's part in an exciting fight while it lasted will earn him some high profile bouts at light middle . As for GGG , at this moment it looks like father time is the only opponent that will trouble him .

Gall called out Northcutt and apparently they want the fight too so it's happening!

Werdum said in the post fight press conferences/interviews he has a pain injection for a fractured foot (from a couple weeks ago) 2 hours before the fight... then he does this

On a shitty note, that eye poke on Rivera by Faber has given him a crack behind the retina. There's a possibility he wont regain 100% vision in that eye

That ref looks like a cartoon character.

what's the latest with the brook injury. Hearn on ifltv said that canelo is a possibility for brook next year. I'd love to see Eubank v brook

Don't think we'll see Kell fighting at 160 again anytime soon mate.

promoter said it's looking likely that he would stay at the higher weight but they need to sit down and plan the way forward if he is to looking at fights etc says the only fight kell would 100% move back down for is khan.

I like you tho can't see him giving up a world title in hope he wins another massive risk Imo.

Can see him going to 154 in the short term and vacating the world title tbh. Was down at the fight on Saturday. Seemed a really good scrap but haven't watched it back yet.

canelo v smith this weekend can't see anything other than a Alvarez win but hate the cunt for swerving GGG

He doesn't stand a chance vs GGG, his stock will drop with a 2nd lose and he avoided it purely as a business move. If that fight is to happen it will only happen in 2018 or 2019, he will drag it out.
