I think he has some kind of loyalty to him as being assistant manager last year they are probably friends. He needs to bite the bullet NOW and drop him. I'd imagine Davis and McCulloch will play in the centre with Ortiz on the left but who plays on the right?We might have to start Lafferty up front and put Naismith back to right midfield.
