Spectre 1,663
I use William Hill a fair bit for football betting and always have some cash in my account so every Monday when I get the wee message about £5 risk free offer I usually do it. The last 2 weeks though it's not been refunded when it's lost. Spoke to the livechat help and the guy said for the most recent one it just wasn't due yet (it was) and to wait a couple of days (I did and no refund came) and that i'd get an email about the older one. I got the email and they say "Fine, just send us a screenshot of the offer" the offers coem to your williamhill message inbox and get automatically deleted a few days later. It just seems daft to me they do these offers, don't pay out and then ask you to prove something that they undoubtedly have a record of but know you wont. I know it's pennies but I don't use these casino and games sections of the site other than for the risk free as there's nothing to lose so effectively all this has done is taken a tenner from my football betting funds. So if you're going to utilise these offers take a screenshot.

They're happy enough to get the good publicity from these offers, so they should be made to keep their side of it.

Spectre 1,663
Got an email from them today, the older payment has been refunded, the short of what they said basically amounted to, "we know what offers we make, we know who takes them up, we know when it doesn't automatically get paid out but we ask for a screenshot to waste your time and hope you just forget about it."
