Shouldn't all the Rangers fans along with the Celtic fans be boycotting betting with a certain bookmaker after the disgraceful breach of trust in the recent episode with Mr Black?

Surely there should be strict confidentiality when it comes to anyone's betting account. What happened with Black should surely be investigated by that bookmaker? How did those details of his account become public knowledge? Irrelevant whether he was allegedly breaking the rules, his gambling is his business, nothing whatsoever to do with his employers or indeed, the ruling body. If he broke the rules, yes he should be punished but not because someone in some bookmakers head offce decides to hang him out to dry.

Surely there's a code of conduct as regards confideniality with a betting account. If i thought for one second my betting account was being scrutinised by someone i dont know and the details passed to my superior or even worse to my Mrs, under no circumstances would i be betting with that bookmaker.

This is nothing short of a gross breach of trust on the bookmakers part. The name of the bookmaker involved has been posted in the press, however i think once it is confirmed 100%, the name of that bookmaker, all fans of all clubs in Scotland should boycott them, regardless of whom they support, this bookmaker cannot be allowed to initiate a witch hunt and get away with it, they were happy to take that players money for a very long time. In particular all Rangers and Celtic fans should stand together to ensure these people do not under any circumstances breach that trust in future.

What has happened, no mater the rights or wrongs of individuals concerned is nothing short of a disgrace and something needs to be done, hitting the bookmaker in the pocket is the correct way to deal with it!!!
