Cant understand why ally plays players out of position but were winning so i cant complain.

Winning is when we should complain.

Complaining when you lose just looks like sour grapes and a natural reaction to losing.

When we win we can acknowledge the fact then get on with putting valid points across about poor choice of player or bad tactics.
