Anything, building or any organisation in this Sickening little backwater of a Country with Scotland in it's titles has been bought and paid for .

In other words .Corrupt with nepotism towards one persuasion

Report is out

FINANCIAL watchdogs have found no evidence of fraud or corruption in Celtic's purchase of its Lennoxtown training facility.

But the probe by Audit Scotland has raised a series of weaknesses in the financial monitoring arrangements by the various public bodies involved in the sale of the land to Celtic and by the club itself.

The report states: "This creates an environment in which accusations of fraud or corruption are more easily made and are more difficult to rebut."

It added that the local NHS board, East Dunbartonshire Council and the special purpose company set up to redevelop the Lennoxtown area "should have had more robust processes in place to demonstrate that the public funds provided were used for the charitable purposes intended, and that use of the resources in this way represented Best Value."

A previous ruling by the EU found Celtic did not receive state aid by Glasgow City Council in any land deals.

No surprises here.

They have political connections that we do not.

Whilst we have had Murray, Whyte, Green, King and Ashley attached to our club they have had a senior Labour Cabinet Minister with daily access to the Prime Minister, a Labour MP and a Tory Lord on their board.

That's before you even consider the celtic-minded MPs, MSPs, local councillors and media people. Don't forget the gangrene brigade loving Lord Advocate

I do not believe our demise and 'their shite doesn't stink' reputation is a coincidence linked to their people in positions of influence.

Credit to PZJ for his tenacity but we will never know what is said or done behind closed doors.

Proving wrongdoing is going to be virtually impossible without a whistleblower.

I have no doubt PZJ will carry on the good fight and I wish him well but the best revenge and justice will be title 55. All our efforts should be towards that.

PZJ is al but claiming victory on this, looks cringe worthy though, I'd not be surprised if the Taigs end up sueing him for Defamation if he continues this crusade, by the way, I have no doubt he may have been onto something, probably just didn't connect the right dots in the right places, plus like the above said, they have some powerful people who are very well connected.

Sad to see that some of our number seem to be taking some sort of joy from this report. PZJ to date has done some excellent work on exposing what has gone on in Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire, what needs to be done is now is to compare the contents of the report to what we know went on in reality and who was involved in the investigation and its conclusions.

Just as in the goings on involving HMRC it could be that we are approaching the time when a means to name and shame those involved must be seriously looked at. As for those in our number who champion the "nothing will come of this" mantra you are correct, nothing will come of this or the circumstances regarding the use of stolen documentation if we all took to sitting on our hands, but 'hey ho' I'm sure you all have more important things to bother with like can we sing the billy boys or add FTP at the end of every possible opportunity. Never mind lets just ignore that this was the attitude that brought about a situation where we have allowed the opposition to get into places of power to facilitate what has been going on and help cover it up.

Well said

I don't think pzj has put this much effort into this to give up now, there is still the massive discount at westhorn, the fact the scum valued strathy park at £250k and 6 months later it was sold to GCC for double that and also London Rd primary school not going to open market the scum had a clause to have 1st refusal which is against selling public land rules

its tying massive discounts and breaking of rules to "evidence of fraud or corruption". Either PZJ simply hasn't been able to do that sufficiently, or the audit has simply whitewashed it, or both

If the scums plan was to buy westhorn cheap to sell years later at massive profit for housing then if anything pzj has put the kybosh on that.

As why would they want a piece of land that's according to them virtually worthless due to abnormals

Part of the deal included a service level agreement (SLA) with Celtic to provide a range of community services through the training centre, including access to facilities for local groups, coaching, and other activities.

Up to June 2013, Celtic were due to be paid more than £500,000 for providing these services.

Have I got this right?

Septic were allowed to purchase the land on the basis that they would provide community services for which they would be paid £500,000. Septic got the land and have been paid the money but there is no evidence that they have actually provided these services.
