Just go before you do any more damage, you hopeless excuse of a poster.

I thought you were referring to me as a clown, then realised what you meant and edited my post accordingly

However you do come across as an arrogant, know it all, self righteous type of poster on here and probably something similar in reality.

Meaning what...and whinging because he has brought back two 30 year plus players on big wages at the expense of promising youth.

I'll keep "whinging" thanks because it was this short sighted boom and bust mentality that ruined our club.

The 'promising youth' will make it into the first team if they are good enough, e.g. Aird, McLeod, Gallagher etc. We're not going to win the Championship with a team of teenagers - we need, and have, youth and experience. We are Rangers, not Dundee Utd. We'll soon be sitting in our rightful place above them in the SPL.

Hmm, who said "You can't win anything with kids"?....

Still agree with Adon to a point I would like to see our youth coming through however for the front two I would prefer a bit more experience in the top end of the park this year. The kids have been taking a bit of a kicking (physically in some cases) the last two years so having a couple of older heads up top to slot in the goals to take the pressure off games may help. Might even get us a f*cking Ramsden's cup!

Too late now. The future has been marked out and it is buy buy buy. We will need "experience" to get out of this division. We will need "experience" to hold our own in the SPFL. We will need "experience" to challenge for a European spot. We will need "experience" to challenge the filth for the league title and so it continues ad nauseum.

The opportunity is gone.

Gasparotto v McGregor

Gallagher v Miller

McLeod v Black

Clark v Daly

McCoist is not willing to invest time in youth and has made his course.

Nothing will change at Rangers in the near future while this mentality prevails.

TWB is a Left wing socialist, so he is self righteous, hypocritical and morally bankrupt by default. :pipe:

Gordon Smith in the paper today saying he's baffled why we didnt invest more time in youth while at the lower reaches of the leagues.

There's always an 'excuse', however the fact is we are a massive club with the foresight of an amateur club.

Apparently Ally is hostile to Nerlinger as well. He fucking should be because his couldn't give a fuck, jobs for the boys, tactically clueless and incompetent style is about to come under the scrutiny of fresh eyes who has worked for one of the biggest clubs in the world surrounded by professionalism and technical expertise. He is in for a shock I reckon when he first takes in our arms folded, standing around traffic cones chewing gum, having a laugh training sessions.

I think signing Boyd is like the arrival of a fireman at your house.

You never want to have to call him but when you do and he arrives you know he will do the job you want him to do! When he has done his job you say thanks and are happy to see him leave and allow you the opportunity to sort out the mess.
