Does that really matter when you consider that we play 100% of our football in said piss poor Scottish football system? Courtyard Bear 41,357
Miller is a far better player in my opinion, even now.I would agree, but Clarke could've been well on the way to being as good if he had been played last season and this season ready for the top league next season. Instead he's going to sit on the bench for most of this season and when Miller has finished topping up his pension Clarke will have wasted 2 years and we will be a good striker down. WadeWilson 4,670
If Boyd signed for Aberdeen or Dundee United (or even stayed at Killie) some of the moaners on this thread would be bashing their keyboards in anger that we Rangers Ally failed to sign him. Clark is a decent player who works hard but as good as Miller after a season on playing in the 3rd tier? I don't think so.I don't think Clark is good enough for Rangers nor will he ever be, although he's not the only one in that squad. I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see it. He's just the same player and a good few years older. It would've been nice to see the club actually look beyond domestic football and coach/buy players to be better than the rest of the dross in Scotland. At least you could get away from the impatient groans when you left Ibrox in the past. Bit of grumbling at the pub and such, maybe, but there were usually far more positives than negatives. In my 3 decades of supporting, we've never been this much of a discontented bunch of whining wains. coop troop

TAFKA 545
Delighted that Boyd is back but it simply proves that, when his three main strikers are thirty plus, McCoist has abandoned any pretence at planning or structured development for the years ahead. It is about getting us up AT ALL COSTS and letting his successor worry about starting from scratch in two years time.As for Neymar, just give him a season's coaching at Rangers and he'd be ready for a Ramsden's cup campaign

Popular Post Kai_Johansen 978
In my opinion I think we're going to have a great season, I also believe that our squad is as strong as its been for three seasons. Don't understand why anyone that supports Rangers can't feel good about our recent signings. All this merde about playing youngsters and galactico style football whilst plying our trade in Scottish footballs lower leagues is the stuff of fantasy, our only goal was, is to get back through the leagues as quickly as possible. In our first season in the bottom league we had over 100+ yellow cards and 20+ red cards awarded to opposition teams when playing against Rangers, does anyone really think that its going to be any different this season in the Scottish 1st division FFS, or a team of youngsters playing silky football would be able to cope with that level of physical punishment throughout an entire season! If KB and KM provide the catalyst that gets us back to the top tier then so be it, just ask yourself this one question, would any of the other teams in our league and the SPFL outwith the dhims have signed them both, I think we all know the answer! There's a mountain of shite spewed out about our club on a daily basis from people whose only life ambition is to see the death of our club and the continued humiliation of our manager, why any true supporter of our club would give these chunts continued oxygen beats the FCUK out of me.Our turnover last year was circa 16 million, as a club we need at least 45/50 million to survive and thrive, were not going to get it playing lower league football and the sooner we get back to the top league the better.Welcome back Boydy, gone smash in the goals and get Ibrox rocking!
