Official Rangers Vs Cowdenbeath Pre Match Thread

And we expected anything else? Just because hearts put 10 past this side does not mean we have a hod given right to do the same.

Just 10% of their tally would have been a start.

That's not asking the earth, now, is it?

Serious point. 13 players who have no hope of a new deal cannot be motivated. The are going through the motions and sometimes not even that.

Time to bullet everyone who isn't signed up beyond this season and put the likes of Hardie and Gallagher in the team under a new manager until we are in a position to strengthen. We might even uncover a few gems of players that way.

I hope there is movement on the management front very soon. I can't see us getting to the SPL next season if things keep up like this. Honestly, it is so hard to take that we cannot muster a single goal against a bunch of no marks like this. The thought of another season in this division with Hearts and Hibs going up makes me feel physically sick.

Only true to an extent. How ling has king had to prepare for this??

They have been in the job less than a day.

Why are some people desperate to apportion blame to them?

Incidentally, if they don't get a temporary manager in I think it'll be a wrong decision, but it doesn't mean I'll lose faith in them in the long term. The usual posters are now on this thread looking for a reason, any reason, to criticise.

Management change will not get us promoted.

Only wholesale change of personnel from manager through trainers (!) AND playing staff might.

Players such as Boyd, Miller, Daly, Black, Jig, Law , Mohsni, Foster should all be immediately told to find other employment.

We should use remaining games purely to try to see if any of the remaining players can cut it. This then gives whoever the manager is a basis for close season and next year's attempt at is what is likely to again be promotion.

No manager on earth could turn it around ,forget it.these bastards have given up and they know that whoever the new manager is he will bullet them at the end of the season.play the youth team till the end of the season ,they will not get relegated and the new man can start with a clean slate.

You might be right but there are plenty of instances where a new manager has achieved an instant bounce in performance and results. It is just not acceptable to leave things as they are and let things drift with a coach who doesn't want to be there. We need to get someone in this week, even if only temporary.

Not acceptable IMO. The only chance we have off promotion this year is to bring in a new manager and we have to do this. The Board will be taking a hell of a chance on the goodwill and loyalty of the fans if they decide to right off this season.

Almost felt a ting of sympathy for KMcD there, really is a man in way above his depth.

He needs put out his misery. He said he doesn't want it and that today would probably be his last game, let's hope so for his and our sake
