Have had a reply from Sheffield hospital via Joshua's consultant stating they do not do thi VEPTR operation when they advertise it on the NHS hospital web site so was not very happy. Then we received a phone call yesterday from Sheffield hospital booking josh in for a consultation with the VEPTR team ? What the hell is going on with everything I do it's just a pure battle. 10 of February so let's hope the team exists lol.

Anyway prelimanary reports indicate Kilsyth St John numbering 39 in the grand lodge Scotland have proudly raised £1275 pounds, minus a frame for the Ally McCoist limited edition print, for young Joushua.

@mark adair it blows me away that 70 guys can come together without knowing you or your family to raise money for Joushua. I hope you reach your target soon.

Note that £400 of that total was raised as a result of prizes donated by @govanblue you deserve an MBE my friend for everything you do for charity. I hope to meet you at some point to thank you in person.

I'll post final results soon, GSTQ and young Josh.

Money will be added to gofundme page, unless @mark adair requests otherwise.

I was going to bump this thread yesterday mate ..... but assumed that as the raffle was top priority at this time for gathering funds, decided to leave it for now.

But well done with your fund raising mate .... your hard work has paid off and will boost the Fund admirably.

Trust GB to do the right thing as usual ..... he definitely is MBE material ......

Yes it is difficult balancing what thread to concentrate on and I was thinking the same as yourself last night about the Raffle one being the priority.

Totally gob smacked guys that's amazing. Hope to meet up with you all soon once we get this young mans mascot day sorted out. Will be nice for you all to actually meet Joshua to get the chance to see what amazing work you are all putting you money towards, can't say thank you enough guys we truly are the people. Joshua not well again has bad chest infection and will be staying in hospital for the week, on iv antibiotics and lots of physio to try and remove all the snot from his chest. A little happier today but still not right, didn't even want his iPad so that in it's self shows he's not right poor wee guy. Will keep you all up to date as to how he is.

Like everyone Mark ..... sorry to hear about Joshua and hope he gets home soon ..... I take it the weather affects him adversely at this time of year, like it does most .... but in his case it will be magnified 100 fold due to his condition .... bloody shame.
