Jim Spence, long standing volunteer and befriender of our residents - Jim is a well known friendly face in The Erskine Home! And Bill McKechnie who again is a longstanding supporter of Erskine who has provided many donations to fete's & fayres and also invites our residents to many social functions. A medal was also presented to Rangers Media for their fantastic support but they were camera shy. Not so much camera shy, just self conscious about my ears. The large building at the top is the Erskine Bishopton Home. It's split into several houses, and has about 150 residents. The large building at the bottom is Erskine Park Home. It has about 40 residents. Erskine Park specialises in Dementia Care and Dementia Therapy The bungalows next to Erskine Park Home are "The Cottages" where Veterans with Dementia or Alzheimer's are cared for by their spouse (obviously with a lot of support from Erskine too) The Garden Centre is just out of shot, to the right.
