We have finally reached the twilight zone

Recommended Posts

That's it I think we have all finally reached the twilight zone that the events of Saturday have been so squashed, so distorted and we are becoming somewhat of a bore to our nation, the small matter of our players being assaulted really is getting in the way of the world congratulating Hibs. :bullshit - Copy:

image.jpg

The headline says it all, how dare we have the audacity to still be talking about what was one the worst incidents I've seen in football.  It's terrible that such a thing as criminal damage by Hibs and common assault is so tiresome and we should just go away and stop ' moaning' as it has been put. When i hear such nonsense it does upset me. The difference in how this would be reported, viewed and dealt with would have been so different roles reversed. It's funny online all the articles now about us drawing Motherwell and all the many many times rangers have played Motherwell they used a close up shot of Moshni fighting last year. It's funny so many people could capture that so close up but no picture of our players getting assaulted are avaliable??

I am sorry I had to post some of these preposterous comments on the hot line

Looks like it's came full-circle and Hampden was officially our fault in the eyes of others in the media and the fans.

This is why Rangers shouldn't have rested on that great statement they made. They should have followed it up with another after the Record's story with the Police the other morning. Strike while the iron's hot.

Next they'll be saying that our players were singing The Billy Boys, as they were leaving the pitch, & that's why the hibs fans assaulted, abused, & spat on them.

Where else in the world would you see fans invade the pitch, assault opposing teams players, steal pieces of turf, wreck the goalposts, goad the opposing fans to come and have a fight with them, throw plastic chairs around, yet the opposing fans get the blame, where else but Scotland? And only if the opposing fans are Rangers fans.

If Carlsberg did excuses for riots, they'd still not be as good as this lot..

Bottom line is no Hibs fans on the park no drama, everybody pissed off but hey losers medals would have been presented and the cup would have been presented as it has been done since 1890 odd, they would have done their deserved half lap of honour to milk it in front of their fans, we would be licking our wounds wondering how we could play so poorly on the day but life would have rolled on, the bedlam that ensued had absolutely  fuck all to do with The Rangers or our fans, how anyone with half a brain can turn that on its head defies any sort of logic.

Hopefully soon the people that make the decisions on here will just decide that all you do is antagonise people and just delete your account

You shouldn't hold your breath waiting. With Petrie still in place at the SFA it doesn't look like theres going to be much happening.

Its not as though the SFA are in the middle of anything else (what no Euros). They should have had the ringpieces blazer within 48 hours. It will be allowed to drag on, like the Motherwell situation.

Don't be surprised when Rangers get punished for allowing their players to encroach on to the field after the game and a fine for 'illicit singing'.

In reality he's not so bad and has gone above and beyond on a number of ocassions for a variety of Rangers related causes. I disagree with a lot of his online pronouncements but Rangers is a broad church and this forum reflects that.

Thats not true and if that was applied equally this place would be very quiet. I could think of a few of his harshest critics who would be well ahead of him in the queue for Gogzys ban hammer.

We all know you like to be a contrarian but sometimes it gets beyond silly.

If you're happy to defend those who attack us and our club, would you mind explaining why?

The  Rangers statement which also questioned Sturgeon's tweet would suggest that this is political and coming from the very top, but hey-ho you know better. Would your political persuasion be clouding your judgement ?

Traditionally Rangers get on with it and leave the complaining to certain other clubs. We made our clear statement and we move on. Its not us who will be struggling in the lower leagues for one or more seasons still to come. Dundee United and Falkirk will be hard and strong giving Hibs lots of worries. Hibs rather cheap and sad support cannot put much money into their sad little club and they can only sink further into financial difficulties. Good.

Most of us are just angry that our team ended a wonderful season on such a downer. We all need to get over it. Lets wait and see what the "authorities" do to the violent thugs who assaulted men at their work. We know we are not going to be loved, f*k em!

You all know it'll be sweep sweep sweep once again.

Each to their own and thanks for your 'permission' to think what I like, I've done that all my life without any need for anyones 'permission'.:541:

You miss the point wanting people banned for having a different opinion.

I think he is totally wrong, the evidence is obvious IMHO, but I know he is a genuine Rangers fan. No problem banning those from other clubs on trolling missions but if some precious souls can't take what they so easily dish out I think its them with the problem.

Wasn't giving you permission to do anything - it was a figure of speech

you are a fine one to talk about missing the point because if you think me wanting him removed from here is any thing to do with a simple difference of opinion then you are deluded and also blinkered to the fact you've met him in person and think he's ok

theres loads of people on here who I don't agree with but would be gutted to see banned

your friend here is a rotten wee bigoted hypocrite who's a waste of oxygen in my eyes

Correct them at every point, let them talk their shite but when they finish correct them, if you see a article that blames us complain to the editor then report it to the relevant people as they have to  prove of the story.

The club needs to ban the daily record today as yesterday was nothing short of slander.

The National Socialist Party of Scotland are working hand in hand with the Irish Republican movement to demonise everything Rangers. When Lennon was attacked by the Hertz supporter Salmond and Co. could not condemn fast enough. The member for Govan of which Ibrox is in her constituency has shown her colours with the lack of concern for the assaulted Rangers employees. We have also seen and heard a concerted campaign of deflection from the usual Rangers haters in the media. .... Yes, Hibernian Football Club will be punished for their fans 'over-exuberance' but this is not the concern here. The continued deflection and attack on Rangers by all the above is obviously being orchestrated from government level. Anyone who refuses to accept this has been well and truly brainwashed by the NATzi's.

Blinkered and deluded because I've actually met him!

Time to move away from the keyboard and get out in the sun. He is far from a bigot (you know the  derivation of the word?) he just has a vehement dislike of religion and politics being attached to the club.

If you seriously judge someone by their online presence then you are in for a bumpy ride offline.
