Callous bastards are having their first lightshow (as far as I recall) on Thursday night , what can their reasons be for this ,especially with all the mentioning of their silence ,regarding an apology for their part with Torbett in the Child Abuse case . Disgraceful

I’m no lawyer but they cunts all think they’re accountants so amateur lawyer stuff here.

“COX

The Supreme Court case of Cox expanded the application of the first limb of the test. In this case the claimant, Mrs Cox, was employed by HM Prison Swansea. In her role, she supervised both civilian staff and prisoners working in the kitchen. Whilst at work, Mrs Cox suffered an injury when a prisoner dropped a sack of rice on her back. Mrs Cox subsequently brought a claim against the Ministry of Justice (MoJ).

The Supreme Court held that the relationship between the MoJ and the prisoner was sufficiently close to satisfy stage one of the test for vicarious liability. Whilst not strictly an employer-employee relationship due to the prisoner status of the tortfeasor, the court was willing to hold that vicarious liability can also be established in “employment-like” relationships. Crucially, the court gave weight to the fact that harm was done by an individual who carried on activities as an integral part of the business activities of the MoJ (and for its benefit) and that the risk of the wrongful act occurring was created by the MoJ in assigning responsibility for those activities to the wrongdoer20.

The irony is that the poor guy whose evidence was so damning against Torbett doesn’t want compensation or financial reward.

He just wants someone to say sorry.

And that can’t happen because that would be checkmate.

Edit: the most interesting footnote in the Mail story is the confirmation of the existence of a court order. Cover ups and denials - the bastards never change.

Their stance is disgusting and disturbing. If this was my club I think it would be more than enough for me to cut ties and demanding the right thing is done. but their brainwashed and cult like view distorts their view of this subject. For them "the good name of celtic" still outweighs the suffering of children.

The most predictable journalist in the world. A busted flush.

In reply to this fucking wanker speirs.

Is  there nothing more desperate or barrel-scrapping than a guy who knows nothing about football but calls himself a football pundit to try and make a living of agendas against Rangers fans and seek attention through this. I’ve seen this all my life.

this guy is a fucking clown lol a still can’t believe he said he was a Rangers fan when he was younger.

tht post by him is just what I expected from a total scumbag of a guy.

Is there a minimum number of signatures before petitions are looked at?

I honestly can’t believe that nothing from the powers above has come out about this. Shows you what sort of country we live in and the protection the manky mob have.

spiers 2nd tweet on the subject. And its about point scoring...

What's more desperate or barrel scraping is that one of the biggest sports journalists in the country would rather choose to talk about points scoring than one of, if not the biggest scandals to hit Scottish football purely because the club in question is celtic ?
