Don't get the hype and he's another that's been shot upto cult hero stardom for reasons unknown to me. Very limited footballer. Big and strong but that's about it. Albertz 78 918 Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 He had 3 chances today. 1st header hit the corner flag. 2nd was a shot from outside the box that hit row Z. 3rd was a header that at the very least he should have hit the target with. We paid way over the odds for this guy and his goal return has been woeful, sorry but running about a lot with no end product does not make you a good player. The service he got today was abysmal, the header he just missed with, it took Kenny Miller about 4 attempts to get a cross in and when it did eventually get to Garner it was a deflected cross. He's fantastic in the air but as you say you cant expect him to flick the ball twenty yards to the left or right.. We dont have the players to play 4-3-3 so dont understand why we persist with it.
