An injured unproven keeper paid in installments when out defence is pish.....I refuse to try and summon up any positives about this potential signing

Remember the name from a while back. Highly thought of at Newcastle, never seemed to get a chance.

I can only see one reason for this happening and it would be because we're looking to cash in on Wes in the summer?

Two very good keepers in front of him at Newcastle 👍

Young highly rated keeper released from a English Championship team at 21 years old. Now plays in League 1 where he is regarded as one of the best keepers in the league and his current club fans are gutted he is leaving.

Am I talking about Wes Foderignham (2015) or Jak Alnwick?

Don't have one

Signing a keeper who never made it Newcastle or Leeds how does this help us or strengthen us?

Actual dish a ban out right now for using "banter club".

Is your twitter named after a Rangers player and got their face as yer avatar?

You probably didn't see the positive in getting one

Seen someone claiming on twitter we've offered 70k up front with 60k paid in each of the next 3 summers.

Sounds ridiculous but it honestly wouldn't surprise me with us.

He's a bheast. Been outed before.

I genuinely thought almost every transfer was installments TBH.

Paul Murray probably sent them an offer for £1k upfront with £249k when we qualify for the CL.

Priceless.  For everything else there's a mastercard.

Could it be a change of tactics to compensate for our rank midfield and awful defence and we are going with 2 keepers.

No rules broken as long as it's 1 glove each!

So people are now using a mutant's Twitter account who pretends to be an agent ITK - to have a go at the board. Sigh....

That being said, £250k certainly should not be an issue for a player.

Whether we need him is another matter.

It is but it won't stop people in here from having yet another moan about fuck all.

Cardiff's second bid £500,000 for Johnny Hayes was the same exact same end figure as the first bid, the only difference was they were going to pay £150,000 upfront which was an increase on the initial payment they offered in first bid.

This is surely with a view to take over as number one when a bid comes in for Wes.

Wes has been class this year, really improved and wouldn't be surprised if someone has already made contact about making  bid in the summer.

Makes sense to get our new number 1 in just now for a smooth transition into next season. Especially if Gilks leaves as well.

Getting  £3m or £4m would be good business and pretty much shows the blueprint for the future of the club.
