I actually think Wilson could work, almost like the quarterback role Charlie Adam played for Blackpool.

I thought that yesterday tbh Wilson as a Regista could work well when you look at his stats and some of his long passes like the 40 yard throughball to Miller against hearts at Ibrox

Regista? Like an aggressive deep lying playmaker? I am more of an anchorman myself :pipe:

A regista with 2 Ball winning midfielders in front of him = 55 :pipe:

Isn't Miller always deployed in central midfield?

No he plays more as a false nine dropping deep to link up play and create space so if he's in midfield it might suit him more and we can play with a proper number 9 up front

Tongue in cheek mate. I was referring to how regularly he is in the middle of the park when the ball skids untouched across the 6 yard line.

Last home game against Motherwell he was sitting so deep he was in the RB position :lol:

Interesting. Dodoo or Waghorn through the middle? Or Garner back?

Sky are saying Garner is still out but who knows, I'd assume Dodoo through the middle and Forrester out wide

I'd like to see Dodoo get a decent run.

            Fod

Tav    ?       Hill Wallace

       Toral Hyndman

              Miller

Forreter Dodoo McKay

Don't think you'd be far off with that mate, think Dodoo deserves a chance and he can't be any worse than what we've got

I like the front three - have been thinking for some time Dodoo should get an opportunity to play striker. We've hardly seen him but he does seem to hit the target when he gets a look at goal. Compare that with Waghorn. Also Forrester and McKay between them should be able to get the ball to him inside the box a few times.

Wilson for me to fill the ? spot (if he's fit) or even Senderos if he isn't. Hodson should start ahead of Tav, IMO.

Fair play to you. Not everyone would have the guts to have the full op. Is that it all done? Is that you now classed as female?

Good luck to you

JOE GARNER’S set for a stunning Rangers comeback today as boss Mark Warburton reacts to the midweek Tynecastle drubbing with changes.

SunSport Online understands the £1.8 million striker has trained all week with no reaction following his recovery from a shoulder injury suffered in the Hogmanay defeat to Celtic.

Now Warburton’s pencilled him in for a start against Ross County at Ibrox – with massive pressure on the manager and his team to respond emphatically after the humiliation from a rampant Hearts side.

Fans favourite Garner – just three goals from 19 games since arriving from Preston North End last summer – knew he’d face a minimum four weeks rehab period but there were also initial fears of a three month absence if surgery had been required.

However, a specialist soon allayed those concerns – and now the aggressive frontman’s availability has boosted Warburton who has come under fire from angry supporters for the rout in Gorgie.

It’s believed the Gers boss – who came out fighting in his pre-match press conference on Thursday to defend his record this season – is also considering other shock selection moves in defence and midfield as he reacts to a performance on Wednesday night
