Hopefully the donkey at Nottingham Forrest comes in and bids a straight £5m for Kiernan and Halliday

On the open transfer market we would be lucky to get 4 mil tops for the entire squad.

Nonsense.

Foderingham, Tavenier, Wallace, McKay, Garner, Waghorn, Windass and Rossiter all have clear re-sale value.

Who do you think we could shift for actual fees then?

Kiernan for £2 million  - but don't think we could afford it

We need to stop undervaluing players. Players like Kiernan as gash as they are could still get a fee of some sort. £450k for Kiernan, £400k for Halliday, £650k for Waghorn. There are lower end championship higher end League one teams that would pay that no bother.

Birmingham will definitely stick a bid in for Kranjcar in the summer.

He's a top, top player.

McKay £ 5m

Ohalloran £500k

Kiernan  £1m

Waggy  £1M

Tav £1m

Id sell all 5 if offered that as long as our manager got all plus a transfer budget of equal amount

Be lucky to get £1m for McKay. £5m is just pie in the sky stuff.

£500k for MOH would be good as we'd be getting our money back on a player which we rarely ever do.

Nobody is paying  £1m for Rob Kiernan. Ever.

If we got £1m for Waghorn it would be tremendous business for a player that's struggled in the top flight.

Same applies for Tavernier.

Fod, McKay, and Windass would each comfortably command seven-figure fees.

Holt - there's a good player in there. English Championship or League 1 team may spend high 6 figures on him

wouldn't mind if he stayed though

There are a number of players we could get a fee for - they've just been dross for much of the season under the previous management. There are only a few quality players, yes, but the money in English football is ridiculous at the moment; teams in the Championship and League One spend a lot on average signings.

In terms of players who have real sell on value? I think Foderingham, McKay, Holt, Waghorn, Tav and Windass would (taking into account what we paid for them, or didn't in McKay's case), but I also think those are players we need to keep hold of, depending on the manager's system next year.

Got told off a credible source that Kiernans on his way to Brentford.

Wont fetch anymore than a couple of hundred thousand based on how they do business but doubt we'll be letting anyone walk for free.

This assumes he's still a football team manager when the tranfer window opens.
